RESIGNATION/APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

17 March 2026

Michael Hill International Limited (ASX/NZX:MHJ) advises that Kate Palethorpe has resigned from her role
as Company Secretary with effect from 17 March 2026. The Board thanks Kate for her valuable
contribution and service to the business and wishes her well with her future endeavours.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, MHJ further advises that Matthew Kremastos has been
appointed to the role of Company Secretary effective 17 March 2026. Matthew has been a part of the
Michael Hill team since March 2023 and is an experienced senior lawyer. Mr Kremastos is also appointed,
for the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, as the person responsible for communication between MHJ and
ASX.
