KMD Brands Limited – I ntention to launch capital raise

KMD Brands Limited (ASX/NZX: KMD, “KMD Brands”) announces that it is intending to launch a capital raise by
way of a placement and AREO in conjunction with the release of its financial results for the half year ended 31
January 2026. KMD has commenced a confidential wall crossing process with select investors.

KMD has requested a trading halt from NZ RegCo and ASX pending finalisation of the terms of the capital
raising.
