Further to the announcement made on 16 February 2026, Property for Industry Limited (PFI, the Company) has now
settled the divestment of two of the Company’s properties, located at 41-55 Foremans Road, Christchurch and 2
Smart Road & 18 Constance Street, New Plymouth respectively.
