Disclosure of Senior Managers Relevant Interests


Air New Zealand has received NZX Ongoing Disclosure Notices for Nikki Dines, Greg Foran,
Alex Marren, Nathan McGraw, Jeremy O’Brien, Nikhil Ravishankar, Richard Thomson and
Michael Williams in relation to the lapse of the remaining share rights from 2022.
