F&C Investment Trust plc (the ‘Company’) advises that as at 31 March 2026 the Company had
561,819,016 ordinary shares in issue (including 89,505,885 shares held in Treasury). Each ordinary
share has one vote per share.

The total number of voting rights that can be exercised in the Company is, therefore,472,313,131.

The above figure of 472,313,131 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
