This notice is filed following the corporatisation of Goodman Property Trust (GMT), which
took effect on 7 April 2026 (the Corporatisation). The Corporatisation involved:
• Stapled Securities being issued to GMT unit holders; and
• the units held by GMT unit holders being redeemed and cancelled.
The number and percentage of Stapled Securities held by each of Goodman Funds
Management Limited and Goodman Investment Holdings (NZ) Limited immediately
following the Corporatisation is the same as the number and percentage of units in GMT
held by each of Goodman Funds Management Limited and Goodman Investment Holdings
(NZ) Limited immediately prior to the Corporatisation.
