Update on banking facilities
Comvita Limited (NZX: CVT) advises that it continues to progress its proposed capital raise and has agreed
with its banking syndicate to extend the maturity of its existing banking facilities to 31 May 2026. All other
terms of the facilities remain unchanged.
Comvita continues to work collaboratively with its lenders, with the extension providing additional time for
Comvita to confirm the final structure of its capital raise and complete the raise itself.
Comvita expects to communicate further details in the coming weeks.
