an aggregate of 3,856,156 ordinary shares in SKC on market for aggregate consideration
of $2,725,343.70.
Between 1 September 2025 to 30 April 2026, NZSF (through its internal portfolios) sold an
aggregate of 13,682,011 ordinary shares in SKC on market for aggregate consideration of
$-9,457,917.67.

In addition, note that on 11 September 2025 SKC allotted an additional 63,658,248
ordinary shares in SKC under the retail component of the underwritten accelerated non-
renounceable entitlement offer announced to NZX on 21 August 2025.
