Statement on Media Speculation

Fletcher Building notes recent press speculation and inquiry in relation to the strategic
review in respect of its Residential and Development division and the potential
divestment of an industrial property.

Whilst Fletcher Building does not comment on media speculation, it has previously
advised the market that the strategic review of the Residential and Development division
is underway and that, in addition to the announced sale of the Felix Street property, it has
sales processes underway for industrial land.

Fletcher Building has no further comment at this time and will update the market if and
when there are material developments to report.
