Update on FedEx Australia Agreement
Further to its announcement of 6 May 2026, Locate Technologies Limited (NZX: LOC)
(Locate Technologies or the Company) provides the following additional information
regarding the three year services agreement signed between the Company and FedEx
Express Australia Pty Ltd (FedEx Australia).
Nature of the Services
Under the agreement, Locate2u will provide a last mile logistics technology platform to
FedEx Australia. The platform supports two functional areas:
• Driver onboarding, compliance management, and contractor pay processing
• An end to end delivery management system
Key Commercial Terms
• The agreement includes setup fees that are payable on commencement; specific
values are confidential between the parties.
• Revenue under the agreement is variable and will depend on the number of drivers
onboarded onto the platform and functionality.
• The agreement is non-exclusive. FedEx Australia may engage other vendors to
provide similar services.
• FedEx Australia may terminate the agreement for convenience on 30 days’ written
notice.
Implementation and Initial Scope
FedEx Australia operates a national driver fleet of approximately 2,000 drivers. The
agreement contemplates a phased deployment, with an indicative initial operating scale of
approximately 200 drivers. Progression between phases is subject to FedEx Australia’s
ongoing review.
Materiality and Outlook
The Company is not in a position to quantify the financial contribution of the agreement at
this time. The Company considers the relationship to be strategically significant given FedEx
Australia’s position in the Australian logistics market, and intends to provide further updates
in line with its continuous disclosure obligations as the rollout progresses.
