PLP – Update on Senior Managers

Booster Investment Management Limited (BIML), as manager of the Private Land and Property Fund (the
Fund) provides an update to its Senior Managers.

Following a change in the group structure in December 2025, Allan Yeo (Managing Director of the Booster
group) has, effective 4 May 2026, stepped off the Board as a director of Booster Financial Services
Limited (BIML’s parent company). Allan will continue to be a director of Booster Group Limited, the
group’s ultimate holding company. As a result of this change, Allan is no longer deemed to be a Senior
Manager of BIML.

Following this change, the Directors and Senior Managers for BIML are:
