Westpac Banking Corporation – Suspension and Removal of
Notes (ASX Code: WBCHDF) from Official Quotation
Description
The EUR1,000,000,000 0.766% Notes maturing 13 May 2031 (ASX Code: WBCHDF) (the ‘Notes’) of Westpac
Banking Corporation (‘WBC’) will be suspended at the close of trading today Friday, 15 May 2026, in
accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following the redemption of the Notes on Wednesday, 13 May 2026.
The Notes will be removed from Official Quotation with effect from the close of trading on Monday, 18 May
2026.
