Genesis Energy confirms that its results for the financial year ending 30 June 2026 will be released prior
to the market opening on Thursday, 27 August 2026.

A webcast for investors and analysts will be hosted by Malcolm Johns, Chief Executive, and Emma Oettli,
Chief Financial Officer.
