WasteCo announces the resignation of James Redmayne as a Director
WasteCo Group Ltd announces that James Redmayne has resigned from his role
as a Director of WasteCo, effective 25 May 2026.
James has been part of WasteCo since the company was established in 2013 and
has made a significant contribution to its growth and development over that
time. His leadership, commitment and deep understanding of the business have
helped shape WasteCo from its early beginnings into the business it is today,
including supporting its transition from a privately held company to a listed
entity in 2022.
The Board acknowledges James's longstanding service and valuable contribution
to WasteCo over more than a decade and thanks him for the role he has played
in the company's success since inception.
