Results of CDL Investments New Zealand Limited Annual meeting of shareholders

At CDL Investments New Zealand Limited’s (NZX:CDI) shareholder meeting, held in Auckland and online
today, shareholders were asked to vote on three ordinary resolutions. As required by NZX Listing Rule
6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The ordinary resolutions passed were:

• the re-election of Eik Sheng Kwek as a director of CDI;
• the election of Julian Smith as a director of CDI; and
• the Board of Directors be authorised to fix the auditor’s fees and expenses.
