The Company announces that it agreed on 27 May 2026 to allot 100,000 ordinary shares at a
pric e of 270.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 29 May 2026, bringing the issued share capital and total
voting rights at that date to 209,899,679.
