Ventia awarded Road Maintenance Services
Contract for Far North District Council, New Zealand
Ventia Service Group Limited (ASX: VNT) has been awarded the Road Maintenance and
Renewal Services contract by the Far North District Council (FNDC) New Zealand for the
southern road network.
The contract is valued at approximately NZD $125 million over the initial five-year term,
with extension options of three and two years (3 + 2).
Under the contract, Ventia will deliver comprehensive road network maintenance
services, including pavement, structures, vegetation, and roadside assets.
Dean Banks, Managing Director and Group CEO, said the award reflects Ventia’s
growing role as a trusted long-term partner in road network management.
“We are proud to continue our work in New Zealand’s Far North, providing safe and
reliable roads for the local community,” Mr Banks said.
The contract will commence on 1 July 2026.
