The Directors propose an ordinary dividend of 3.25 pence per Ordinary Share. If approved by shareholders at
the AGM, to be held on 9 July 2026, the dividend will be payable on 31 July 2026 to shareholders on the register
at close of business on 26 June 2026. The ex-dividend date is 25 June 2026.

A Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") is provided by Equiniti Financial Services Limited. The DRIP enables
the Company's shareholders to elect to have their cash dividend payments used to purchase the Company's
