TruScreen Group Limited (NZX/ASX:TRU) (TruScreen or the Company), a global leader in AI-
enabled cervical cancer screening, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Reece O’Connell as
an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from today’s date.

Mr. O’Connell is an experienced board Chairman, Non-Executive Director and fund manager with deep
experience across the biotechnology investment and commercialisation lifecycle, spanning asset
selection, capital formation, governance, and international market development.

Mr. O’Connell has an MBA (University of Canberra), Bachelor of Business, Finance (Murdoch
University) and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning (Kaplan). Mr. O’Connell is currently
Chairman of Nexsen Limited (ASX:NXN), Non-Executive Director of RooLife Group (ASX:RLG) and
Funds Manager of Summit Funds Management, Biotechnology Fund.

As foreshadowed in the NZX/ASX announcement dated 1 April 2026, Mr. Chris Horn, who has served
as a Director of the Company for 13 years retires as at today’s date.

Non-Executive Chairman Tony Ho commented, “Reece has significant relevant experience in Biotech
and we welcome him to the TruScreen Board at a time of significant opportunity. The Board will continue
to ensure that it has the appropriate skill mix to guide the Company’s next phase of growth.

We thank Chris for a significant contribution over many years, and wish him well in retirement.”

TruScreen technology is recognised in CSCCP’s (Chinese Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology) China
Cervical Cancer Screening Management Guidelines and the COGA Blue Book.
In Dec 2023 TruScreen technology was added to the Vietnam Ministry of Health approved National Technical
List, for use in Vietnam’s public and private healthcare sectors and in 2024 was added to the Russian guidelines
for the screening of cervical cancer.
In financial year 2024 alone, over 200,000* examinations were performed with the TruScreen device. To date,
over 200 devices have been installed and used in China, Vietnam, Mexico, Zimbabwe, Russia, and Saudi
