Napier Port completes share buyback programme
Napier Port Holdings Limited (“Napier Port”) today announces the successful completion of its on-market
share buyback programme.
The share buyback programme commenced in May 2026 and Napier Port has now acquired 312,000
ordinary shares. The shares were acquired to be held as treasury stock and used for the purposes of
Napier Port’s employee share ownership plans.
The total number of shares on issue following the completion of the share buyback is 199,598,312 shares.
