Comvita Appoints F&N Director

Comvita Limited (NZX: CVT) today announces that it has appointed Mr. Michael Chye Hin Fah as a Director of the
Company effective from 22 June 2026.

Mr. Chye was nominated by Fraser and Neave, Limited (F&N). The nomination follows F&N joining the Comvita
register as a strategic shareholder, with Board representation forming part of that arrangement.

Mr. Chye is currently the CEO of BeerCo Limited. He is an Alternate Director on the Board of Fraser and Neave,
Limited and a member of its Executive Committee. He also serves on a number of boards across Asia, including
Fraser & Neave Holdings Berhad, Saigon Beer – Alcohol – Beverage Corporation, and Vietnam Dairy Products Joint
Stock Company.

Mr. Chye brings extensive commercial, governance and regional experience across the consumer, food and
beverage sectors, with deep knowledge of Asian markets.

Mr. Chye holds a Bachelor of Business Studies with First Class Honours and a Master of Business Studies with
Distinction in Accounting and Finance from Massey University, New Zealand. He is a Fellow of the Institute of
Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Chye is a non-independent Director, reflecting his connection with F&N as a significant shareholder of
Comvita. In accordance with the terms of Comvita’s Constitution, the appointment is valid until the next Annual
Meeting of Comvita, when Mr. Chye will be eligible for election by the shareholders of Comvita.
