Retirement of non-executive director

The Company confirms that Nicholas George retired as a director and Chairman of the Audit
Committee with effect from today. He is succeeded as Chairman of the Audit Committee by
Steven Wilderspin who joined the Board as a director on 5 June 2025.

Steven Wilderspin is a Chartered Accountant who qualified in the financial audit practice of
PwC in London. He subsequently relocated to Jersey and pursued a career primarily in the
asset management industry where he had a significant Asian client exposure. He currently
serves on a number of investment fund boards.

Ronald Gould, Chairman of the Board commented, ‘Nick has been a steady and firm hand on
the Company’s financial reporting, our risk management approach and oversight of our internal
control environment for many years. I know he leaves the role in good hands and my Board
