Listing Rule 2.3.2

Turners Automotive Group Limited (NZX/ ASX: TRA) advises that it intends to hold its annual meeting
of shareholders on 19 August 2026.

Director nominations are now open and, for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date
for Director nominations is 4.00 p.m. Friday, 3 July 2026.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting
and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the nominated person.
