IFT320 – Interest Rate Reset


Infratil Limited (Infratil) refers to its NZ$115,918,500 unsecured, unsubordinated fixed rate
bonds, listed under ticker IFT320 (
Bonds). The Bonds have an 8 year term, maturing on 15 June
2030.


Infratil advises that the interest rate for the Bonds for the second four-year period is 5.61% per
annum. This has been calculated based on the four year swap rate on 15 June 2026, plus the
margin of 2.00% per annum.
