Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure:
1. On 23 May 2022, Robert (Bob) Shaw acquired 18,873 Shares via an allotment of
Shares upon vesting of Restricted Share Units (RSUs) under Serko’s Long Term
Incentive (LTI) Scheme for non-cash consideration related to services to Serko.
2. On 21 December 2022, the trustees of the Ripon Trust (being Robert (Bob) Shaw
and Michael Moore) acquired 21,250 Shares via on-market trades and paid total
consideration of $49,717.01.
3. On 24 May 2023, Robert (Bob) Shaw acquired 50,194 Shares via an allotment of
Shares upon vesting of RSUs under Serko’s LTI Scheme for non-cash consideration
related to services to Serko.

4. On 5 June 2024, Robert (Bob) Shaw acquired 47,050 Shares via an allotment of
Shares upon vesting of RSUs under Serko’s LTI Scheme for non-cash consideration
related to services to Serko.
5. On 27 May 2025, Robert (Bob) Shaw acquired 65,567 Shares via an allotment of
Shares upon vesting of RSUs under Serko’s LTI Scheme for non-cash consideration
related to services to Serko. Simultaneously, 25,571 Shares were then disposed of
via an on-market sale under the Serko sell to cover arrangement to settle tax
obligations arising upon the vesting of the RSUs, for a total consideration of
$77,480.13 (May 2025 Sale).
6. On 2 June 2026, Robert (Bob) Shaw acquired 74,555 Shares via an allotment of
Shares upon vesting of RSUs under Serko’s LTI Scheme for non-cash consideration
related to services to Serko.
