RUA GOLD Appoints Tristan Kingcott to the Board of Directors


Rua Gold Inc. (TSX: RUA | NZX: RGI | OTC: NZAUF | FSE: X9R) ("RUA GOLD" or the "Company") is

pleased to announce appointment of Tristan Kingcott as an independent director of the

Company.

Mr. Kingcott has been nominated by Siren Gold Limited as its board nominee and brings more

than 15 years of experience in financial and commercial analysis across Canada and New

Zealand. He is Managing Director & Portfolio Manager, Zeta Resources within ICM Limited and

has extensive experience working with both private and public company boards in Canada,

Bermuda, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Mr. Kingcott holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Alberta and

is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society in Vancouver.
