Appointment of General Manager – People
Briscoe Group Limited today announced the appointment of Debbie MacDonald as
General Manager – People. Debbie will join Briscoe Group's Executive Leadership Team
and report directly to Managing Director Rod Duke.
Debbie joins Briscoe Group from Genuine Parts Company Asia Pacific (GPC), where she
currently serves as General Manager – Organisational Development, Communications
and Change (APAC). Prior to this role, she was General Manager – People, Culture and
Wellbeing for GPC New Zealand. Debbie brings more than 20 years of leadership
experience across retail, FMCG, distribution and travel sectors in New Zealand,
Australia and the United States.

distribution businesses, together with a strong commercial focus and a proven ability to
deliver organisational change. Her experience developing leadership capability,

Debbie will commence with Briscoe Group on 31 August 2026 and will be responsible
for leading the Group's people strategy, organisational capability, employment
relations, health and safety, remuneration governance and privacy functions.
