(NZX: PGW) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Mark Allison
as a non-independent Director, effective 1 July 2026.

Mr Allison is a highly regarded agribusiness leader with more than 45 years’ experience across
the agricultural sector in Australasia and internationally. He joined Elders Limited in Australia in
2009 and has served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer since 2014. During his
tenure, Mr Allison led a successful transformation of Elders, implementing its strategic plan to
refocus the business as a leading pure-play agribusiness and restore shareholder value.

Under his leadership, Elders has achieved substantial growth, with its market capitalisation
increasing significantly over the period.

industry experience, strong governance capability and proven strategic leadership, which will be
invaluable as PGW continues to execute its strategy.”

The PGW Board has determined that Mr Allison will join the Board as a non-independent Director,
given his current role as Managing Director and CEO of Elders, a substantial product holder of
PGW.

Mr Allison will retire as Managing Director and CEO of Elders on or around 30 September
2026, following a planned leadership transition and this determination may be revisited by the
PGW board in future.

PGW is very pleased to secure the appointment of a director of Mr Allison’s calibre and looks
forward to his contribution to the Board.
