Executive leadership team change

30 June 2026 – Mercury today announced that Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer,
Craig Neustroski, has resigned and will leave the company at the end of July 2026.

Chief Executive Stew Hamilton said Mr Neustroski had made a significant contribution over his five
years with Mercury, and throughout his long career with Trustpower.

"Craig has made an outstanding and positive contribution to Mercury. He has played a key leadership
role, most notably leading the successful Trustpower integration with Mercury that created New
Zealand's largest electricity retailer. We thank Craig and wish him the very best for the future."
