Annual Shareholders Meeting 2026 Results
At Black Pearl Group’s (NZX/ASX: BPG) Annual Shareholder Meeting, held yesterday at 12.30pm
NZST (10.30am AEST, 5.30pm MST), shareholders were asked to vote on 4 resolutions. As required
by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, voting was conducted by a poll.
All resolutions were passed by shareholders. The voting results are available below.
