Director Nominations
2 Cheap Cars Group Limited advises that, For the purposes of NZX listing rule 2.3.2, the
closing date for director nominations is 21 August 2026. All nominations must be received
by 5 pm on that closing date.
A nomination may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the
Company’s 2026 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and must be accompanied by the written
consent of the person being nominated.
The date and further details of the Company’s 2026 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be
advised in due course.
