Ventia awarded Victorian Intelligent Transport Systems
(ITS) Maintenance Contracts across two regions
Ventia Services Group Limited (ASX: VNT) has been awarded two Intelligent Transport
Systems (ITS) contracts by Head Transport for Victoria to deliver maintenance services
across Victoriaʼs Central and East regions.
The contracts have a combined estimated value of approximately $160 million over the
initial five-year term, with extension options of up to a further four years.
The award further strengthens Ventia's position as a leading provider of transport
infrastructure services and expands its role in supporting the safe, reliable and efficient
operation of Victoria's road network. Under the contracts, Ventia will provide
comprehensive maintenance services across traffic signals, street lighting and ITS assets.
Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer, Dean Banks, said “the award
reflects Ventiaʼs proven capability in managing complex, technology enabled
infrastructure networks.ˮ
“These contracts align strongly with Ventiaʼs expertise in maintaining critical transport
assets and supporting our customers through safe, responsive and data driven service
delivery,ˮ Mr Banks said.
Contract commencement is expected from 1 December 2026.
