Auckland, NZ – [27 August 2026] – ScoƩ Technology Limited (NZX: SCT) today announces the appointment of
Jerson Nascimento Jr to its Board of Directors, effecƟve Thursday, 27 August 2026. Jerson is the Global Chief
Procurement & InnovaƟon Officer at JBS, where he leads the company’s global procurement and innovaƟon
agenda. He has more than 28 years of experience across procurement, supply chain and industrial operaƟons,
including nearly 23 years with JBS. Jerson also leads JBS Biotech InnovaƟon business division and is also a
member of the Board of Directors for Biotech Foods, a JBS JV in Spain.
Jerson joins the ScoƩ Board as a non-execuƟve director represenƟng JBS USA.
ScoƩ Technology also announces the resignaƟon of John Berry as director effecƟve Thursday, 27 August 2026
and his re-appointment as alternate director for Jerson Nascimento, effecƟve Thursday, 27 August 2026.
The Board thanks John Berry for his service as a director and his conƟnued involvement with the Company as
alternate director for Jerson.

The Board has determined that Jerson will not be an Independent Director for the purposes of the NZX LisƟng
Rules due to his role with a JBS USA enƟty which shares the same ulƟmate parent enƟty (JBS NV) as the
company’s majority shareholder, JBS Australia Pty Limited.
In accordance with the NZX LisƟng Rules, Jerson will reƟre and offer himself for elecƟon by shareholders at ScoƩ
Technology’s next Annual Shareholders MeeƟng.
The Board has also determined that John Berry, in his capacity as alternate director for Jerson, will conƟnue as a
non Independent Director for the purposes of the NZX LisƟng Rules.
DesƟnaƟon 2030 growth strategy targets NZ$530 million in annual revenue by 2030 and a 14% EBITDA margin.
