Restated Appendix 3X – Initial Director’s Interest Notice

On 14 July 2026, ANZ Group Holdings Limited (ASX: ANZ) and Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited
(ASX: AN3) (together ‘ANZ’) released an Appendix 3X - Initial Director's Interest Notice for Rachel Slade, who was
appointed as a Director on 13 July 2026.

Please find attached a restated Appendix 3X for Ms Slade to include 290 Capital Notes 6 (ASX: AN3PI) which are
held in Ms Slade’s Super Fund account.

The Capital Notes were inadvertently omitted from the original Appendix 3X. The holding of the Capital Notes
predates Ms Slade’s appointment as a Director and the holding is now being actively monitored by ANZ and its
Share Registry with any movement in future also subject to pre trade approval in accordance with ANZ’s Trading in
ANZ Securities Policy, which will ensure accurate and timely reporting of future changes to ASX.
