GNZ FY27 first quarter dividend

Goodman NZ (GNZ) is pleased to announce the first quarter dividend for the year
ended 31 March 2027.
Goodman New Zealand Limited (GNZL) advises a first quarter FY27 cash dividend of
$0.017925 per share, with no imputation credits attached to this dividend. The record date
for the dividend is 10 September 2026 with payment to be made on 17 September 2026.
Goodman Property Services (NZ) Limited (GPS) advises no dividend will be paid for the
FY27 first quarter.
