Executive leadership team change

Mercury’s Chief Operating Officer - Generation, Kevin Taylor, has advised he intends to retire and will
leave the company at the end of the year.

Chief Executive Stew Hamilton said Mr Taylor had made an outstanding and valuable contribution to
Mercury's business since joining in 2025.

“Kevin has brought deep operational and safety leadership experience to Mercury, and has
strengthened the way we operate and maintain our generation assets. We thank him for his positive
impact on the Mercury team and our operations, and we wish him the very best for the future.”
