Information disclosed in accordance with DTR 6.1.13

The Directors of the Company have resolved that the second interim dividend for the year ending
31 December 2026 will be a payment of 0.99 pence per ordinary share (2025: 0.95 pence per
share*). The dividend will be paid on 2 November 2026 to shareholders registered at the close of
business on 2 October 2026. Please note this payment will include a Dividend Re-investment
Plan facility, for which the last date for elections will be 12 October 2026.

* the dividend payment stated for 2025 has been adjusted for the 4:1 share split that was effective 11 May 2026.
