Dear Shareholder

GOODMAN NZ (GNZ)

I’m pleased to advise investors that the first quarter dividend, for the period ended 30

June 2026, has now been paid by Goodman New Zealand Limited (GNZL). The

dividend includes a cash component of 1.7925 cents per share, there are no

imputation credits attached.

Goodman Property Services (NZ) Limited (GPS) declared no dividend to be paid for

the period ended 30 June 2026.

This is the first quarterly payment relating to FY27. Our guidance for FY27 is for a 5%

increase in cash distributions to 7.17 cents per Stapled Share, with all expected to be

paid from GNZL.

As you are aware, GNZ, the Stapled Group comprises GNZL and GPS, and

subsidiaries of GNZL and GPS. Any dividends shareholders are entitled to receive are

therefore declared separately by GNZL and GPS, reflecting the fact that GNZL and

GPS are separate legal entities.

GNZL is a Portfolio Investment Entity (PIE) for New Zealand tax purposes and GPS is

an ordinary company for New Zealand tax purposes. We recommend shareholders

seek independent advice if they have any queries regarding the tax treatment of their

dividend.

If you have any questions about your dividend payment please contact our registrar,

Computershare, by telephone 0800 359 999 or +64 9 488 8777 (outside New Zealand).

Annual Report 2026

Shareholders are also reminded that GNZ’s Annual Report 2026 was released on 25

June 2026. It incorporates GNZ’s sustainability report, remuneration report and

Climate-related Disclosures. We encourage you to view the report online at

Thank you for your continued support.

Yours faithfully,
