DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN STRIKE PRICE AND AUD FX RATE
FOR 2026 INTERIM DIVIDEND
Summerset Group Holdings Limited advises that the strike price for the dividend reinvestment
plan (DRP) operating in respect to the dividend payable on 23 September 2026 has been set
at NZ$7.5945 per share. The strike price is inclusive of a 2% discount.
This strike price will apply in calculating the number of shares to be issued to participants who
have elected to receive additional shares rather than cash.
The strike price has been determined in accordance with the terms of the DRP and is
calculated as 98% of the volume weighted average sale price on all price-setting trades for
the five trading days to 17 September 2026 (inclusive).
The company also advises that the foreign exchange rate used for the payment of the dividend
on 23 September 2026 to Australian investors in AUD has been set at 0.81095, being the
Reserve Bank of New Zealand Daily Exchange Mid-Rate on the Record Date.
