Notice under rule 49A of the Takeovers Code
We refer to the Mangawhai Collective Limited partial takeover offer for 43.93667% of the fully paid ordinary
shares in Bremworth Limited that it does not already hold or control.
This notice is given to satisfy the requirements of Rule 49A of the Takeovers Code to notify the Takeovers Panel,
Bremworth and NZX Limited on each occasion when the total level of acceptances received for the Bremworth
shares increases by 1% or more of the total issued Bremworth shares.
As at the end of the day on 24 September 2026, the level of acceptances received under the offer in respect of the
Bremworth shares is 45.95%.
