Details for Jarden Securities Limited
Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: On 30 September 2026,
Southland Regional Council (trading as Environment Southland) (Environment
Southland) entered into a block trade agreement with Jarden Securities Limited, under
which Environment Southland appointed Jarden Securities Limited to manage the sale of
4,060,000 Shares and underwrite 3,248,000 Shares in South Port held by Environment
Southland by way of bookbuild for a price per Share of NZD $8.00. Settlement of that sale
occurred on 5 October 2026, and Jarden Securities Limited no longer have a relevant
interest in the Shares.
