Fletcher Building Quarterly Volume Report for Q1 FY27
Fletcher Building Limited, 810 Great South Road, Penrose, Auckland 1061, New Zealand
14 October 2026
Quarterly Volume Report for Q1 FY27
Fletcher Building’s core businesses delivered a solid start to FY27, with Q1 FY27 sales
volumes ahead of the prior corresponding period in most business units. Coming out of
Q4 FY26, the Q1 volumes largely followed normal seasonal patterns. The exception was
pipelines, where volumes were lower as customers worked through stock purchased
ahead of Q4 FY26 price increases.
Residential & Development remained challenging, consistent with broader market
conditions particularly in the Auckland market. We expect minimal contribution from the
Residential & Development Division towards half-year earnings.
The forward outlook remains uncertain with inflation and interest rate uncertainty
impacting the timing and commencement of new commercial and residential projects.
ENDS
