The Kapiti Community Recreational Turf Trust

The Trustees shall pay the income and capital of the Trust Fund for such Charitable Purposes in New Zealand as they, in their absolute discretion, determine and without limiting the generality of the foregoing for all or any of the following purposes to the extent that they may from time to time constitute Charitable Purposes in New Zealand namely: (a) The planning, development, construction, ownership, operation and maintenance of the Facility for the benefit of the District; (b) To provide at the Facility such other high quality facilities as are necessary for use by amateur sporting bodies and other users so as to attract to the Facility high quality and popular events for the benefit of the public in the District; (c) To administer the Facility and the Trust Assets on a prudent basis to ensure that it is and remains a successful community asset. (d) To do all such other things as in the opinion of the Trustees may be incidental or conducive to attainment of Trust purposes.
