TupuToa Trust aims to: • To sustainably deliver an innovative and comprehensive internship and early career development programme that provides Māori and Pasifika tertiary students and early career graduates with pathways and tools to fulfill their career aspirations and become leaders in business and their communities. • Promote and advance increased diversity, particularly in Māori and Pasifika representation, in business and community leadership roles in New Zealand and also internationally, stimulating business growth to produce future economic and social prosperity for New Zealand. • Facilitate and deliver opportunities for a new generation of Māori and Pasifika business leaders to excel in their careers, demonstrate deep-seated cultural intelligence and be strongly connected to their cultures and communities.
