Andrew John Preece

Andy's executive roles have included Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of ASX-Listed Spicers, a multinational merchant group offering products and services to the printing, signage, visual display, graphics and digital industries and prior to that Executive General Manager, Australia, New Zealand and Asia, with a manufacturing, merchanting and wholesaling career spanning some 25 years, originating in the UK packaging industry. Andy is currently a non-Executive Director of ASX-listed Spicers. He is also a Director of Yellow Holdings Ltd and partner in an equity fund that is the major shareholder in a portfolio of import and distribution businesses in New Zealand. Andy has a proven record of turning around businesses and delivering sustainable shareholder returns, along with experience managing acquisition and divestment activities globally. As part of SDL's upcoming transition from the NZAX board listing to the NZX Main Board, the Company has today established a formal Audit & Risk Committee that Andy is Chairing.
