Anna was appointed as an Independent Director on 4 April 2022. Anna brings over 15 years' experience across equity capital markets, investment management, private equity and business development. She is also an Independent Director of ANZ Investments. Anna's prior experience includes roles as an equity analyst with Masfen Securities and Artemis Capital, as well as serving as a Future Director on the NZX Board. She has a strong background in financial markets, capital allocation and strategic analysis. Anna holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemicals & Materials) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors. Anna contributes a unique combination of engineering expertise and advanced financial, strategic and analytical capability to the Channel Infrastructure Board, supporting informed decision‑making and disciplined capital management.
