Audette has more than 35 years' experience in the global financial services markets as a senior executive, a non-executive director and as a social entrepreneur. Audette was formerly the Managing Director of BSX-listed Bermuda Commercial Bank (1993 to 1996), Chair of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (1995 to 1996) and a Director and Chair of the Investment Committee of the Bermuda Monetary Authority (1999 to 2005). She was a Director and Chair of the Investment Committee of Steamship Mutual (1999 to 2017). She began her career as a lawyer specialising in international finance. Audette is the founder and Chair of the Adara Group, a pioneering social enterprise which exists to support people living in extreme poverty and is the Chief Executive Officer of its corporate advice businesses. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including an honorary Order of Australia for service to humanity.
