Benjamin James Rodgers

Ben Rodgers is an experienced finance leader currently serving as Chief Financial Officer of Silver Fern Farms. Previously, he was CFO of New Zealand King Salmon Investments (NZX: NZK) from September 2021 to November 2025. Before that, he was Deputy CFO at Kiwibank (2020-2021) and spent approximately six years at Z Energy, progressing from Financial Controller to Deputy CFO. Earlier in his career, Ben held roles as External Reporting Manager at Contact Energy, Commercial Controller at O2/Telefonica UK, Financial Audit Manager at PwC, and Accountant at KPMG. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy from Massey University, and is a graduate of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Executive Program for Growing Companies.
