Colin Sim

Mr. Sim is the executive chairman of the East Quarter Group of companies in Australia. The East Quarter Group is involved in the development, investment and management of residential, commercial and industrial projects across New South Wales. Mr. Sim has strong analytical skills and extensive experience in property development/investment and business in Australia. He studied Mechanical Engineering in London and has lived in Sydney, Australia for over 40 years. Mr. Sim was appointed to the Board in July 2017 and was re-elected to the Board at the 2021 Annual Meeting of shareholders.
