Damon is the former Chief Executive Officer of Service NSW. Damon holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from UTS, a Global Executive MBA from the University of Sydney and was awarded the Sir James Wolfhenson scholarship to study at the Harvard Kennedy School. Damon was also awarded a Public Service Medal as part of the 2023 Kings Honours.
